I currently work as a Quality Technician at DCM, where I am responsible for the inspection and quality control of parts and components, managing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions. I also oversee the training and validation of new operators, guaranteeing the product-process vision and impact on the customer. I also take part in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control), helping to promote continuous improvements in production processes.

With an analytical approach and a focus on problem-solving methodology, I use tools such as SIMAP statistical analysis, 5 whys to guarantee high quality standards. My aim is to apply this knowledge to optimise processes, reduce waste and ensure customer satisfaction.
