Horse Powertrain Limited is an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents. This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bursa, Turkiye, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in foreign Trade, Finance, Economy or a related field.

• Expertise in Customs systems, Inward Processing, AEO processes.

• Deep knowledge about the Turkish customs laws and related regulations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws.

• Being a strong stakeholder of the flows with Horse Holding international trade activity

• Manage import and export operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

• Negotiate with foreign suppliers and logistics providers when needed.

• Monitor and analyze international market and customs trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to align international trade activities with company objectives.

• Prepare and manage documentation necessary for cross-border transactions.

• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with global trade operations.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in foreign trade and customs operations.

• Experience at a multinational company in the automotive industry.

• Strong technical skills with practical experience in AEO (YYS), Inward Processing Regime processes.

• Proficient in English at a very high level

• Able to effectively use SAP and MS Office programs

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Possesses analytical thinking skills and well-developed problem-solving abilities to manage complex Customs processes
