Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable accounting team as AR Team Leader;

• Monitor and control customer balances and open items;

• Process and post incoming payments;

• Validate recommendations and lead the implementation of Accounts Receivable policies and procedures;

• Analyze and resolve back-office issues related to Accounts Receivable applications;

• Present KPIs to the client and stakeholders to demonstrate process performance;

• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable collections;

• Participate in the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations, among other activities;

• Respond to information requests;

• Support the streamlining and improvement of Accounts Receivable processes by identifying performance improvement opportunities;

• Create SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and lead actions with stakeholders in case of SLA validation or non-compliance.

Qualification:

• Experience in Shared Services Centers, preferably in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (preferred)

• Proven experience in team leadership and management (preferred)

• More than 2 years of experience working with SAP;

• Master’s degree or pre-Bologna bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field;

• Fluency in English;

• Knowledge of SNC, IFRS, and tax obligations;

• Advanced Excel skills;

• Strong planning and organizational skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a team;

• Dynamism and flexibility;

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to propose constructive solutions.
