With over 7 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry I have been working as an Outsourcing Leader at HORSE since November 2023. My responsibilities include managing outsourcing contracts, planning and monitoring work packages, and preparing monthly budget reports.

My work is centered on communication with engineering service providers and supporting teams, always aiming to ensure alignment and efficiency in project execution. I am dedicated to building synergy among stakeholders and ensuring the effective achievement of strategic objectives.
