- I have worked 15 Years at RNTBCI in Powertrain Engineering at various functions and roles.

- Know-How of ICE Engine development, Gearboxes of Manual-Automatic-Automanual, Transmissions and Reducers.

- Sound knowledge of Gearbox and Reducer project management and product development and its validations.

- Excellent achievements through various Grandmother to Child level projects of new vehicle projects through D2C Ideas.

- Have a strong fundamental experience working through Tier-1 automotive industries in various mfg. processes

(Machining / Casting / Forging-Hot, warm & cold / Sheet metal / Plastic Injection Moulding / Sintering).

- Versatile knowledge of new product development, process engineering, supplier development, quality assurance.

- Knowing and applying every day the effective project management tools and problem solving and quality tools.

- Creating technical specifications for new product developments and RFQ documents for feasibility studies

- Sound knowledge in serial life management, budget estimation, entry tickets, WL-WF management, project planning.

- Great experience on Green field projects of production engineering (Start from Shop floor planning- Machine RFQ & Finalisation of suppliers - Erection & Commisioning - Proto Trials, Prooving the machines - PPAP Run - Handing over to MFG for SOP).
