What you will do
· Propose an evolution plan of Powertrain units ensuring competitiveness and homologation compliance, answering Horse Customer Request and Long Term Strategy Plan
· Ensure product plan conformity with respect to development process and company workload capacity
· Get a validated Budget, in coherence with target values, maximizing synergies with customers and partners
· Drive the first steps of validation for each Project in order to secure the start of development phase
· Drive the market studies to support the mid-term & and long term product plan of the company
What we’re looking for
• Master's Degree in Electronical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Development: more than 10 years experience in powertrain development (design, tunning, software)
Project management: more than 5 years experience in powertrain management
Excellent command of English is a must
