What you will do

To lead Hybrid Powertrain (gear box, electric motor, power electronics, control modules, softwares, calibration, battery) Serial life developments : Quality improvement and/or Cost reductions for components and sets of components

To manage Project milestones and to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance objectives.

To prepare quality and economics monthly synthesis

To prepre rolling 3 years cost reduction and quality improvement road map

To manage the design, development and validation of hybrid system (hardware, software and calibrations), industrialization in manufacturing plants and performance metrics (fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, NVH).

To coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, customer performance, etc.) ensuring all activities are effectively managed to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.

To identify and mitigate risks associated to project development.

What we’re looking for

-At least 10 years experience doing similar functions, specially in PWT tuning and PWT software/system.

-Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.

-Technical experience in engine software / calibration and design.

-Experience in managing engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.

-Ability to manage economics (CAPEX, OPEX).

-English mandatory, Spanish highly appreciated.

-Abitiy to prepare and present decision-making reports.

-Ability to work in a multicultural and international team.

-Good capacity of analysis and synthesis

-Personal aptitudes: Proactive, problem-solving, client orientation, communication, autonomy, negotiation and leadership abilities.
