Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents.

This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based at Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing

• Support business team in front of new customer for Engineering aspects.

• Responsible for QCT quotation for new project involving core competencies.

• Responsible for New Project development.

• Reporting to Global Director and CTO for status review.

• Manage several Project Leaders directly linked to his team.
  

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record of leading complex powertrain development projects and managing cross-functional teams in an automotive environment.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or similar).

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.

• Excellent written and spoken English; French and/or Spanish would be an advantage
