As a Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in protecting modern, enterprise‑scale and AI‑enabled environments. This role combines hands‑on technical security work with real business impact - assessing risks, strengthening platforms, and supporting teams across IT and development. You’ll work deeply with Microsoft 365, Linux/Windows systems, and cloud services, helping ensure secure, compliant, and resilient operations. If you enjoy turning security requirements into practical solutions and working close to both technology and people, this role offers broad scope and meaningful responsibility.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience

• Hands-on experience working as a technical security engineer, supporting and operating security solutions in enterprise environments

• Strong technical experience with Microsoft 365 security and identity stack, such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview

• Practical experience with Linux-based systems, including system hardening, access control, logging, and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of information security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR

• Experience assessing security and compliance risks in AI‑enabled and data‑driven systems, with focus on access control, data protection, logging, monitoring, and risk management (not AI development)
  

Your role at Aurobay
As a Security Engineer you will:

• Perform security assessments of systems, applications, infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Linux-based platforms, and AI‑enabled services to identify risks and recommend mitigations

• Support security incident management, including detection, investigation, containment, and reporting across enterprise, cloud, and endpoint environments

• Operate, configure, and support security controls and monitoring solutions across Microsoft 365, cloud, and server environments

• Support IT, development, and business teams with hands-on guidance and troubleshooting related to secure configuration of platforms, applications, and AI services

• Support compliance, risk, and audit activities by providing technical security documentation, evidence, and reporting
