Key Account Manager - LATAM
Responsible for managing and growing the Renault LATAM account, leading RFQs, price and contract negotiations, and ensuring profitable growth and end‑to‑end commercial execution

What you will be doing
Manage the full business lifecycle with Renault Group LATAM, acting as the primary commercial interface across all entities
Lead RFQ responses by coordinating sales, pricing, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver competitive, profitable business offers
Prepare and negotiate professional business offers (including F4 sheets), ensuring alignment with internal standards and business plans
Negotiate contractual and transactional prices for projects and serial-life business, securing profitability in line with company objectives
Drive day-to-day sales operations, proactively resolving operational issues to protect contractual commitments and company interests
Monitor and update offers across contract stages, managing price evolution linked to technical, macro, or RFQ scope changes
Contribute to continuous process improvement across sales and cross-functional workflows, improving efficiency, speed, and quality
Act as a brand and team ambassador, fostering strong internal collaboration and trusted customer relationships
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of managing complex key accounts in the automotive industry and leading direct customer negotiations
A proven track record of delivering profitable growth through pricing, contract management, and RFQ management
University degree in Business Management, Finance, or Automotive / Industrial Engineering
Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative and hands-on mindset
Knowledge of the automotive industry, powertrain businesses, and complex B2B commercial models
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish proficiency and experience working with LATAM markets are a strong advantage
