This role is employed by Horse Powertrain and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing

The Pricing Manager will own and manage customer pricing to maximize profitability, define price strategies, mechanisms, and updates while ensuring consistency across contracts, business offers, and markets.

• Lead contractual price updates for serial-life products, justifying price evolution and ensuring profitability.

• Define and calculate pricing for business offers in coordination with Finance, ensuring cost clarity and consistency across customers and sales sites.

• Handle day-to-day ad‑hoc pricing requests efficiently.

• Support Key Account Managers and project teams in customer price negotiations with solid analysis and justification.

• Develop pricing benchmarks with Business Intelligence to align prices with external market conditions.

• Ensure pricing documentation and data consistency in systems, supporting Finance in variance analysis.
  

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record working in TierOne and/or TierTwo companies with a pricing-related role.

• Outstanding analytical and financial skills.

• Strong international background and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset

• Excellent written and spoken English; E.g. good working knowledge of French, Spanish or Chinese would be an advantage.
