Lead the local Cost Controlling team, ensuring accurate full‑cost analysis, reporting, and optimization across development and mass‑production phases.
Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and drive corrective action plans with cross‑functional partners.
Coordinate annual budget cycles, mid‑term planning, and forecasting processes, ensuring data integrity and alignment with corporate financial targets.
Build and present economic files to support decision‑making, arbitration, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, enhance the robustness of costing methodologies, and contribute to continuous improvement of cost‑performance management.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project teams to support cost convergence and economic optimization.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of delivering accurate cost analyses and driving cost‑optimization initiatives across complex, cross‑functional environments.
Demonstrated experience leading teams within cost controlling, costing, or industrial finance functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Outstanding ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and analytical and techno‑economic assessment skills.
Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities in multi‑interface environments (Engineering, Purchasing, Projects, Manufacturing) skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
