As a Back Office Coordinator you will:
Support the CEO/ CEO Office Director in all their duties, providing the relevant information, at the right time and at the right quality, to support the decision-making process.
Contribute to the organization and preparation of Level 1 Meetings: propose and select the prior topics to be discussed, assure the quality of the contents to facilitate the decision taking, support and accompany the functions in the preparation of the topics and actions agreed and keep the traceability of them.
Contribute to the preparation of an optimized agenda for the CEO, organizing Level 1 Meetings, Gemba and other events.
Responsible for the agenda, minutes and tasks’ monitoring of Level 1 meetings.
Coordinate, facilitate and fluidify exchanges within the Leadership Team.
Collaborate with the network of N-1 and executive assistants.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of governance, organization, functions and processes within Renault Group or previous experience in R&D, PE, Quality, Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
Master and/or Bachelor's Engineering Degree on Automotive, Industry, Organization or similar.
Outstanding planification and organization, preparation of presentations and communication skills.
Strong project management, coordination of multifunctional teams skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.
Expert on Microsoft Office tools and other tools for communication, planification, presentation and networking (IA Tools, Power BI…)
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Chinese, French and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
