As part of the HR Digital team, you will act as the first point of contact for HR employees worldwide regarding SAP SuccessFactors. Your mission is to ensure a smooth user experience, support HR teams in their daily activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR digital tools and data quality.
What you will do
Monitor and manage HRIS support tickets, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up.
Provide first class Employee Experience, driving seamless service and a can-do attitude.
Provide Level 1 functional support to HR users on SAP SuccessFactors globally.
Support users with system navigation, how-to questions, and best practices.
Identify and escalate bugs, incidents, and functional improvement needs.
Collect business requirements and coordinate with HR centre of excellences and HRIS experts.
Animate the HR Digital Community along with the HR Digital managers (newsletter, monthly meetings, training materials)
Contribute to data quality initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
Support the HR Digital managers in evolving Success Factors and the delivery of the HR campaigns.
Actively participate in HR and IT Digital meetings on SF contributing to the long-term success and usage of the tool.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of 2 years supporting SAP SuccessFactors with HR background.
Outstanding SAP SSSFF Employee Central skills.
Strong service-oriented with international communication and digital mindset skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset
Expousure to Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation and/or Analytics & Reporting is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, Turkish or Chinese would be an advantage.
