Management of Europe & Latam entities’ tax teams and affairs, overseeing tax compliance, tax audits, tax reporting, tax accounting and risk management, in accordance with Group Tax Policies.

Responsabilities
Define and lead the tax strategy in Europe and Latin America, ensuring consistent implementation of corporate tax policies, processes, and standards.
Manage and develop local tax teams, ensuring technical, operational, and strategic alignment.
Oversee all tax obligations within the scope, including reporting, compliance, and tax accounting, as well as coordination with external auditors.
Lead tax audits across multiple jurisdictions, managing interactions with tax authorities and defining negotiation and appeal strategies.
Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks, strengthening internal controls and regional tax governance.
Ensure the correct application, documentation, and defense of the Group’s Transfer Pricing policies.
Act as a tax subject-matter expert for business units and senior management, providing advice on strategic projects and identifying optimization opportunities.
Monitor regulatory changes in Europe and Latin America, assess their impact, and communicate implications to internal stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of leading tax teams across multiple countries (across Latam and Europe) and managing complex tax audits and negotiating settlements
University degree in Economics/Law/ Finance/ Accounting.
Outstanding technical expertise in CIT, VAT, TP and tax compliance and leadership of multicultural tax teams.
Strong analytical and risk management skills, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder- management skills.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
