What the role entails
The Business Analyst in the CEO Office plays a critical role in transforming complex business and operational data into clear, actionable insights that directly support executive decision-making. The role is responsible for developing performance reporting frameworks, coordinating cross-functional data consolidation, and ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and strategic information to steer the company. This position contributes significantly to organisational alignment, strategic execution, and the overall performance management of Horse Powertrain.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record in business analysis, executive reporting or similar analytical roles within complex, multi-functional environments.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional processes or reporting cycles.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information clearly and concisely to different audiences.
High levels of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence, particularly when handling sensitive information.
Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.
Fluent English is required. Proficiency in a second language, particularly Mandarin Chinese or Spanish, is a strong advantage.
