Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents. This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Ltd and is based at head office in London, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

This profile will provide strategic and operational support. He/She will lead external teams related to Digital Workplace, ITSM Project, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), while defining workflow processes and managing platforms such as ServiceNow.

The role involves developing strategies for presentation to management committees, validating technical and financial requirements, and operating with a high degree of autonomy to represent the function at senior level.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record of 6-10 years of experience in IT support, service operations, and enterprise service platforms, together with, at least, 3 years of team management experience.

• Outstanding ServiceNow and RPA/automation solutions skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage.
