This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do
Act as the technical and regulatory reference for industrial building projects, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Define technical, construction, and engineering criteria (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.) for new works, expansions, and refurbishments.
Develop and maintain technical manuals, construction standards, and design guidelines, promoting their application across the organization.
Provide technical advice on specific projects, from conceptual design to execution, ensuring multidisciplinary integration.
Manage the documentation required for permits and legalizations, including processing licenses with official bodies.
Maintain relationships with administrations and regulatory entities to ensure proper facility approvals.
Stay constantly updated on regulations and best practices in the industrial sector.
What we're looking for
A professional with a degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or Architecture (preferably specialized in industrial buildings).
At least 10 years of experience in industrial building projects and works, including inspections, regulations, and legalizations.
Deep knowledge of industrial and construction regulations (local, national, and ideally international).
Experience in technical office work and on-site supervision, with the ability to define technical and regulatory criteria.
Proficiency in IT and design tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.) and fluent communication in English.
Key competencies: autonomy, strong technical judgment, organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation.
Availability for occasional travel and preferably based in Valladolid or Madrid.
