Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. 

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Collect and formalize design requirements and deploy them to tuning specialists.

• Build calibration roadmaps with experts and manage calibration schedules.

• Organize meetings to ensure calibration convergence toward design requirements.

• Follow up on calibrations managed by suppliers and ensure quality documentation.

• Define needs for test engines, vehicles, and parts according to standards.

• Manage milestone preparation and end-of-project synthesis, including future evolutions.

• Organize and manage calibration-related test trips and reporting to management.

What we’re looking for

- A proven track record in engine calibration and tuning activities for hybrid or REEV projects.

- Engineering degree (Master in Mechanical Engineering or related preferred).

- Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis for calibration

- Strong competencies in problem-solving and communication, with a collaborative approach.

- Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.

- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
