Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. 

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid (Spain) , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

- Collect and formalize design requirements and technical definition elements, deploying them to validation teams.

- Establish and manage the validation plan schedule for functional and dysfunctional systems according to project milestones.

- Validate technical documentation (DED/DFS) and control validation logic across system components.

- Manage safety functionalities activities, ensuring risk analysis and compliance with safety standards.

- Define needs for test engines, vehicles, and parts, contributing to technical documentation and quality checks.

- Organize regular meetings with validation teams, experts, and project stakeholders.

- Prepare milestone reports and end-of-project synthesis, including future serial evolutions.

- Ensure reporting to management and cross-functional teams.
