This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bucharest / Romania, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

Responsabilities

• Mission : Contributes to product performance and customer satisfaction by translating system requirements (services, regulations, product security, functional, performance, maintenance requirements, etc.) into technical functions and functional specifications for the Engin perimeter. System Engineering Leader: 

• • Ensures the technical convergence of Product/Process, the development and validation of parts from the Upper Engine fixed parts perimeter respecting the design rules and specific specifications both in the project phase and in series life. 

• • Supports development teams and series life. 

• • Analyzes and proposes technical solutions. 

• • Validates any technical solutions proposed by the work team as well as those proposed by suppliers. 

• • Ensures the return of experience to the team of professional experts and proposes changes to professional standards and the development process. 

• • Proposes and develops innovative technological solutions in collaboration with upstream strategy managers 

• • Manages and follows the team's transversal topics for the entire field of parts from the air intake perimeter in terms of competitor analysis and summary of pre-project or project activities
