Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bursa, Turkiye  with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of local payroll and tax laws.
• Experience in payroll systems and HRIS integration.

Experience:

• Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3-5 years in payroll processing in a global/multinational company.
• Proven experience in managing payroll for large employee groups across multiple regions.
• Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of human resources fields and/or experience professional in a human resources department and support function fields.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward

Skills:

• Appetite for numbers and information systems 
• Ability to work in a regulated environment 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills, particularly in creating and managing payroll-related data and reports
• Excellent written and spoken English

Interpersonal and managerial skills:

• Curiosity for topics of expertise
• Rigor, reliability, confidentialit
