Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bursa, Turkiye , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of human resources fields and/or experience professional in a human resources department and manufacturing fields.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward 
• Computer and collaborative skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, confidentiality, strong communication and influencing abilities, cultural sensitivity, collaborative leadership, and adaptability to change.
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings
• Ability to manage conflicts and act as a facilitator
