This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bucharest, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

-Higher technical studies (Automotive/Transports/Electronic) Experience in Technical Documentation Knowledge, applications which are a plus: SIGNE, LUP, TCS At least one foreign language at an advanced level (English or French);

-Interpersonal and personality skills: creativity, rigor, attention to detail, ability to analyze and synthesize, autonomy;

- Dynamic person with good communication and team working skills, proactive attitude, team spirit.

What will you do

Detailed missions: 

• Facilitate documentary convergence at project milestones. 

• Ensure the implementation of documentary rules, as well as the methods and tools for facilitation defined by the Technical Documentation Methods service.

• Ensure coherence among the operational actors of the project (CPA, PFE, BE, PDT, GDT). 

• Accompany HORSE actors in delivering outputs.

• Facilitate and capitalize, together with the PDTs and GDTs, the working mechanics transversally with other teams. 

• Provide technical support (professional support) to the teams from HTx. 

• Contribute to engineering efficiency by acting as a trainer and support for HVT users. 

• Promote competence growth through technical training both within Horse and for partners/clients.

 • Ensure the implementation of new HORSE projects within the activities of DOC, HVT, and Process Documentation.
