Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bursa, Türkiye, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record of expertise in HRIS systems, compensation & benefits strategy, and strategic workforce planning.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Turkish labor laws and compensation & benefits-related regulations.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly in managing HR systems across multiple countries or regions
• At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HRIS system management, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex HR projects coupled with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive decision-making and strategic implementation.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
