This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Titu , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

- Higher technical studies (profile:Automotive/Transports);

- Experience in Calibration and Automotive Software Engineering;

- Microsoft Excel advanced level;

- Knowledge, applications which are a plus: INCA, DDT2000,CRETA, Canalyser,SBM, EMSET, Dimensions;

- Experience in control SW validation and development, knowledge of Matlab / Simulink is an advantage;

Specific knowledge : 

- Strong skills in the fields of Engines/Transports/Electrotechnics/ Electronics - Software architecture ; -

- At least one foreign language at an advanced level (English or French);

- Interpersonal and personality skills: creativity, rigor, attention to detail, ability to analyze and synthesize, autonomy;

- Dynamic person with good communication and team working skills, proactive attitude, team spirit

What you will do

- Plans and pilots the development activities of specific deliverables (calibration, validation, diagnostics, validation documents) in accordance with project planning, milestone expectations and the development logic specific to the trades involved, with the regulations/legislation in use, in terms of quality, cost, time and performance;

- Plan the specific diagnostic validations and ensure availability of test equipment and vehicles;

- Leads the development of calibrated software parameterization methodologies;

- Ensures that all necessary support tools and testing/validation resources are available prior to the launch of any campaign;

- Participates in calibration sharing meetings and verifies and justifies the relevance of changes;

- Controls the documentation of deliverables;

- Check the consistency between different projects (calibration transversality);

- Analyze the calibration non-conformities;

- Contribute to evolution of standards and methodologies;
