Commodity Manager End of Production (EOP)
We are seeking a Commodity Manager EOP to join our company in Bucharest/Mioveni. He/She will be responsible for managing the procurement activities.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of direct procurement or end of production commodity management, preferable in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Business English, any other language is nice to have.
- Knowledge of procurement and after sales systems, MS Office and cost analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regional global market dynamics.
- Solution oriented person.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- This role ensures that all materials and components required for the final production runs are sourced, purchased, and delivered on time, while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence risk.
- The EOP Manager acts as a key liaison between supply chain, production, engineering, and suppliers to coordinate the smooth phase-out of parts and products.
- Supplier Panel Management: define together with Mass Production Commodity the Strategy for After Sales EOP including best QCDDM solution.
- Supplier and Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives (identify cost-saving opportunities), select best suppliers from panel base, develop specific after sales strategies and solutions, secure delivery for final customers (Vehicles of Road, Backorders ).
- Customer Management: mid-term exchange on a regular base with customer on the performance reporting and deliveries improvement; define a long term strategy for HORSE After Sales scope including New Customers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose preventive measures. Assist in developing contingency plans to mitigate risks related to raw materials, electronic components, geopolitical issues, and financial matters.
