This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bursa, Türkiye , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do?
In compliance with the investment budget allocated to its scope and the Packaging business and environmental policy:
- Guarantee packaging solutions that meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment (=QCDE) objectives for parts suppliers and customers.
- Ensure the validation and provision of packaging in compliance with the established planning milestones. Also, warrant that logistics information systems are properly documented.
- Identify product/process improvements with high potential for logistical gains, calculate their impact in terms of total cost for the company, and prepare the file for arbitration with stakeholders.
- Steering the development of specific packaging
- Suggest improvements to packaging standards.
- Calculate the monthly packaging needs based on estimated volumes that guarantees the provisioning and warns in advance of potential risks of lack of packaging and shortage of parts
What we’re looking for
- Studies in technical areas, logistics and related field.
- Technical knowledge (mechanics, materials, 3D software, industrial design)
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing plant processes and logistics perimeter.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging technologies, materials, and processes.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and regulations in the packaging industry.
- Proficiency in English. Other European language is valuable (French).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to define and establish standards, tools, and processes for packaging operations.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- With Initiative and excellent organizational skills
