What you will do

• Lead and implement strategic logistics and transformation projects within the After Sales Supply Chain.
• Propose and validate optimal logistics solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and deploy new processes, tools, and methods to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and decision files from design to operational rollout.
• Ensure adoption of new tools and processes through training and support.
• Benchmark and capitalize on previous projects and market solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, service providers, and international teams.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in managing complex logistics or supply chain projects, and leading cross-functional teams.
• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Excellent skills in project management and change management.
• Strong competencies in analytical thinking and stakeholder coordination, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; a good level of French or Spanish will be valued.
