What you will do

• Execute the design of parts in his scope:
  • Designs the parts.
  • Creates digitisation, updates and archives them in the dedicated information system.
  • Ensures the technical convergence.
  • Defines the connecting elements.
  • Assists in implementing the product AMDEC and product/process for designing and considering their conclusions.
• Ensures the product documentation monitoring of parts of his scope:
  • Assists in creating the design file.
  • Manages the digital mock-up.
  • Prepares the requests for the change files.
  • Executes and updates the product drawings (and 3D annotations) and archives them in the dedicated information system.
• Validates the design product/process feasibility:
  • Transposes the dedicated product/process constraints during the design reviews (geometry, process, packaging, etc.).
• Contributes to the quality and cost objectives:
  • Suggests ideas that can improve the quality of the parts in his scope and reduce production cost.
  • Creates action plans in the LUP tool for questions for which he provides answers.
• Knowledge building:
  • Assists in the knowledge building process to continuously improve the standards and design rules based on feedback from projects and/or mass production.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge about functions and systems, design, tools matrix and conception methods.
• Experience with batteries VU/VP, reparation and ensamblage and quality tools.
• English is a must, mínimun of B2 level.
