We are looking for a strategic thinker with international experience and a passion for people to lead the transformation of our Human Resources function in a growing global company. As a Global HR Business Partner, you will be the bridge between business strategy and talent management, driving key initiatives in culture, organizational development, and employee relations across multicultural environments.

What you will do
- Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with long-term business goals, supporting organizational growth and transformation.
- Global Talent Management: Design and implement global talent acquisition, retention, and mobility strategies to build a strong, diverse, and future-ready workforce.
- Employee Relations Leadership: Manage complex employee relations issues at the executive level, including sensitive negotiations, exits, and legal matters.
- Change Management: Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives such as restructures, mergers, and cultural transformations across multiple countries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments like Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Cultural & Regional Adaptation: Navigate international HR landscapes, adapting strategies to local labor laws and cultural contexts while maintaining global consistency.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in HR, with significant experience in senior HRBP roles and international environments (especially Europe and South America).
- Global HR Expertise: Proven ability to manage HR strategies across multiple countries, including compliance with diverse labor laws and cultural contexts.
- Organizational Development: Strong background in leading change management, organizational design, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Executive Collaboration: Experience partnering with C-level executives to influence business strategy and drive HR impact at the highest level.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
