What you will do

• Act as the main post-sales contact for new business projects, representing the department in front of the client.
• Define and coordinate the post-sales set-up with engineering and logistics teams.
• Determine warehouse locations and stock volumes for spare parts.
• Identify necessary parts and collaborate on pricing strategies.
• Support the definition of repair methods and technical support processes.
• Ensure alignment and execution of post-sales requirements across departments.
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to management.
• Guarantee that all post-sales processes are followed and continuously improved.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in aftersales, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong technical understanding of logistics and operational needs.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (nice to have).
• Proactive, energetic, and confident professional with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
