As an HRBP for Support Functions at Horse Technologies, you will lead the international HR strategy, acting as a key business partner to drive growth, organizational transformation, and talent development across multicultural environments. You will serve as the vital link between people and the company’s global vision, fostering a strong culture, an exceptional employee experience, and seamless execution aligned with strategic business goals.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate support functions (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.), aligning people strategies with global business goals.
• Lead international HR initiatives across Europe and South America, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global policies.
• Drive organizational transformation, including restructures, cultural change, and integration during mergers or acquisitions.
• Develop and implement global talent strategies, focusing on acquisition, mobility, retention, and leadership development.
• Foster a high-performance culture by enhancing employee engagement, experience, and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence decision-making and shape the future of the organization through data-driven HR insights.

What we are looking for

• Experience: 10+ years in HR roles with a strategic focus and international exposure, working closely with senior leadership and managing multicultural environments.
• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s or MBA is a plus, along with certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI.
• Tools & Systems: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, talent management systems, HR analytics tools, and learning management platforms.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential for global communication. Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication and influencing abilities, cultural sensitivity, collaborative leadership, and adaptability to change.
