What you will do
🎯 Main Mission Define and lead the roadmap, design, validation, and evolution of a technical system throughout its lifecycle, ensuring product requirements coverage, economic performance, regulatory and safety compliance, and integration of innovation.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• System Roadmap: Define and manage the system roadmap by integrating product requirements, innovations, standardization, alliance synergies, and global economic performance.
• Global Performance (QCDP): Ensure Quality, Cost, Deadline, and Performance (QCDP) by taking full responsibility for defining, arbitrating, and integrating the system across all lifecycle phases and projects, particularly by optimizing the number of system variants.
• System Architecture: Define, design, and validate a secure system architecture in accordance with HORSE process and derive associated variants in response to stakeholder requirements (especially Safety and Regulatory).
• Validation Strategy: Define the system validation strategy and the Generic Validation Plan.
• Issue Capitalization: Capture and analyze quality issues during development and serial life phases to continuously improve the system design.

3. Strong cross-functional leadership roles: ICAM, PGSFA, IST, ASM
