This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bucharest, Romania, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for
Minimum education: A degree in Engineering is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional background: Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a strong plus.
Soft skills: Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity about complex technical topics, analytical thinking, active listening, and strong communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.
What you will do
You will validate the validation plan established by the upstream framework at the concept freeze.
- You will develop the validation plan (including mission profiles) of the entire system consulting the PFE, the job sectors and you will seek maximum synergy with the other jobs.
- You will define the optimized need for prototypes and test means for the system validation perimeter in accordance with existing standards and pilots their allocation.
- You will pilot the reliability and robustness of the functions in the vehicle and inter-system environment.
- You will manage the validation of GMMBC related to its perimeter and provide the induced TEIs to the ASM.
- You will establish and manage the system validation plan in accordance with the project development logic and job standards.
- Business trips at internal facilities 20-30% of working time are required.
