The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing the overall IS-IT architecture for HORSE. This includes enterprise, infrastructure, and application architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategies and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Strategic Alignment:
  • Define and maintain SAP architecture strategy aligned with HORSE’s business goals.
  • Support the creation of the Horse Reference Architecture and applications roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into functional system specifications
• Solution Design & Delivery:
  • Guide project teams in designing SAP solutions aligned with IT strategy.
  • Promote SAP architecture based on Horse architectural principles.
  • Support integration and data model definition across the SAP landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and audit requirements.
• Innovation & Technology Scouting:
  • Monitor emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Engage with industry bodies, vendors, and benchmarking initiatives.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an SAP Architect or similar role.
• Previous experience with SAP S4/HANA (ERP and submodules) and other SAP products like SSFF, IBP, BTP focused on Cloud development and basis platform.
• Hybrid vision of architecture integration oriented towards Cloud. GCP knowledge would be highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of the architecture of the following products outside SAP BTP, with visibility into any other Cloud product:
• Event Driven Architecture
• APIs
• Microservices
• Strong background in infrastructure, applications, data, and integration.
• Experience in multi-country, matrix environments and SAP rollouts.
• Expertise in cloud migration and data governance.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish. French knowledge will be a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication skills to drive projects oriented to architecture milestones.
