What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and third parties during project implementation and post-go-live support.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices.
• Manage integration between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications when applicable.
• Oversee testing activities, defect management, and user training during UAT and go-live phases.
• Support data migration, interface mapping, and cutover planning with internal and external teams.
• Maintain and evolve the Core Model post-implementation, managing incidents and change requests.
• Ensure quality of deliverables from system integrators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in SAP transformation projects, especially in Source to Pay processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Excellent skills in SAP Procurement and Materials Management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong competencies in SAP S/4HANA tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement), with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.
