What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and third parties during project implementation and post-go-live support.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices.
• Manage integration between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications when applicable.
• Oversee testing activities, defect management, and user training during UAT and go-live phases.
• Support data migration, interface mapping, and cutover planning with internal and external teams.
• Maintain and evolve the Core Model post-implementation, managing incidents and change requests.
• Ensure quality of deliverables from system integrators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement and Materials Management.
• Proven track record in SAP transformation projects, especially in Source to Pay processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in multicultural, matrix environments.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• SAP certifications in Procurement, SCM, or Sales & Distribution are desirable.
• Willingness to travel (twice a month) and work from the Alcobendas office 2–3 days per week.
