We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Engineer with strong technical expertise and experience working in complex, global IT environments. You will join an international team leading the implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple countries, acting as the technical point of contact for a specific region. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient technical execution aligned with strategic goals.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Reporting & Analytics; experience in global IT environments with distributed architectures and international teams.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in technical integrations using APIs and middleware (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft); translating HR business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong competencies in problem-solving within Agile and DevOps frameworks, and collaborating across multicultural teams, with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
