The Travel Services Manager contributes to the development and deployment of the needed Global or Local Contracts for Business Travel services, Expense reimbursement and APPs tools within their scope in compliance with performance criteria and regulatory requirements.

What you will do

• Design conditions, requirements and setup new contracts for implement the Global Business Travel and Special Travel Services and needed tools across all HORSE company plants.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor Travel and services operations, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process enhancement and deploy Client and User solutions based in new AI support and digital assistance integration for the services and Travel booking process.
• Implement the management system of the function with the different entities and countries to promote continuous improvement through animation, supervision of the services, cost, applications and updating of standards to keep agility and added value in the process.
• Supervise compliance for Travel and Expenses use and booking with global and local travel policies and procedures, adapt and deploy the actions to be implemented in respect with each local regulations and laws.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure the effectiveness of the services and quality for the costumer and drive the needed actions plans and the evolutions to improve.
• Prepare the renewal of contracts by anticipating contractual deadlines, optimization or new features and build the Horse One-Voice during the negotiation phases with all the Horse players concerned.
• Participate in the analysis of Travels incidents in the services quality or Employee expectations and propose corrective measures and actions

What we are looking for

• At least 7-10 years of previous experience in the domain of Travel (Amadeus, Travel contracts and Online booking applications, and travel payments, reimbursements), new contracts startup and daily management.
• High level in English required, with the ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment, multilingual teams and lean global organization. French or Spanish valuated.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal local teams and various stakeholders and service providers. Knowledge of the RG and HORSE RE&S counter partners. Sense of anticipation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, set priorities, and drive results.
