What you will do

In order to have a good management of controlling in procurement, it was decided to have an operational financial controller designated for Horse procurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES In charge of the Procurement Performance control of Horse, operating scope, having the main activities: 

· Prepare the financial reports for Actual & Forecasts.

· Analyze variances on a recurring basis for each of the perimeters and provide initial qualitative comments on the analysis.

· Coordinating Commodities: FECS Committees, Commodities Marathons, etc. 

· Ad hoc analyses of performance (comparisons, analysis by pillar, by supplier, benchmarks, Height, deep dives on deviating reference, etc.)

· Analyses of FECS and VP 'Headwinds' via the database set up.

· Audit of compliance with rules (accounting, legal, etc.) and processes (Share Point, R-DOA, Committees, etc.) on FECS and Price Variations (VPs), reason codes adequacy, description of adjustments needed and check of corrections implementations.

· Monitoring of FECS, pre-approval with rigorous verification and implementation of DOAs, constitution and monitoring of provisions.

· Validation of price variations related to FECS.

· Formalize operational processes for FECS.

What we are looking for

Master’s degree in business and finance and proven experience in controlling.

Strong knowledge of financial Control.

Fluent in English, French is an advantage.

Strong knowledge in working with databases (Excel, Spotfire or other applications)
