What you will do
Purchasing Controlling:
- Checking the validity of any BOP price variations proposals.
- Analyze variances on a recurring basis for each of the perimeters and provide initial qualitative comments on the analysis.
- Supporting the preparation of the purchasing budget for industrial and service procurements and distributing them to the related parties within the company. Preparing the purchasing general expenses budget together with the purchasing managers
- Audit of compliance with rules (accounting, legal, etc.) and processes (Share Point, H-DOA, Committees, etc.) on Price Variations (VPs), reason codes adequacy, description of adjustments needed and check of corrections of implementations
- Coordination with the procurement team in the validation of proposed price variations.
- Ad hoc analysis of price variation proposals (comparisons, analysis by pillar, by supplier, benchmarks, height, deep dives on reference deviations, etc.)
- Recording and monitoring these modifications in Scopp.(and also reporting)
Supply Chain Controlling:
- Arranges the actual results (budget, prevision, 3-year plan, monthly actual results etc.) according to the objectives in explainable parameters on time to assist department manager / director in his/her supervision
- Support logistics budgeting and scenario planning using LCPU as a key metric / Monthly LCPU analysis deviation actual vs budget.
- Assures that the operations are in accordance with the objectives and contributes to the stages of taking economic decisions
- Assists improvement projects in the workplaces on behalf of Operations Controlling Department and encourages implementing the action plans
- Forecasts based on quantitative impacts (delay and breakdown) by observing the logistics activities
- Contributes to the implementation process of the action plans by attending meetings concerning the economic benefits
- Checks the accordance of the expenditures and the budget
- Provides necessary information to Department Manager
- Does presentation to logistics operations units
- Presents performances of the departments and the additional costs
What we are looking for
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance Controlling
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing & Supply Chain Controlling.
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Strong knowledge in working with databases (Excel, Spotfire, PowerBI or other applications)
