The mission of the Global Security & Risk Manager is to develop and implement a comprehensive security and risk management strategy for the company, ensuring the protection of its assets, people, operations, and reputation from internal and external threats.
Additionally, to ensure compliance of security and risk management activities with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and best practices. Manage risk assessments across all countries and local teams, establishing policies, controls, and actions, and deploying corporate guidelines and security strategies. Act as an expert in surveillance and fire regulations, providing rules and mandatory actions to develop activities and projects.
What you will do
- Assume the governance of the Function, define the KPIs and set the Central teams and Local or country responsible and people for each scenario and manage or build the services or contracts needed.
- Coordination and responsibility of Security projects and works, the management of contracts and Security services, drive and guarantee the actions to research savings/synergies in his perimeter. Monitoring the quality of the General services.
- Contribute to the regulation’s conformity of the Group in respect of the global, country and local laws and mandatory HORSE norms, and in particular via the Enterprise Ethics Charter application and the guide for anti-corruption prevention.
- Ensure the role of main Protection and Prevention security interlocutor within the framework of the contractual relationship.
- Guarantee Contract follow up Committees about delivery and quality of the services, billing, and related cost, and participate in Strategic Committees for the function.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience, degree or higher education in security, risk management, business administration, or related fields.
- At least, 10 years of progressive experience in security and risk management, preferably in the manufacturing industry, military or public security services or a similar environment.
- Certificstions in security and risk management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or equivalent will be a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse and geographically dispersed team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing (English required, French and Spanish valuated).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex and dynamic situations and provide sound and timely solutions.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required to manage the teams, activity and projects.
