What you will do

• Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in the areas of HR and Payroll.
• In coordination with the SI Team Lead, raise Risks and issues for the area in any of the project phases.
• Participate in the design, build, test and deploy of the S4 functionality in this domain, in close cooperation with BPOs and the SI HR Team.
• In coordination with the SI Team Lead, raise Risks and issues for the area in any of the project phases.
• Participate in the configuration of the system and validate the Configuration Guides.
• Contribute to the project deliverables as per the agreement with the SI.

What we are looking for

• 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR and Payroll in one or more of the following domains: Salary calculation, Absences and leaves management, Tax management, Payment and payslip management, reporting on labour cost and financial posting management.
• SAP Certifications: ECC HR or SAP S4 HANA Payroll, Success Factors is a plus. 
• Experienced in delivering SAP transformation projects in Finance & Controlling, including blueprint definition, functional designs, configuration, data migration, interfaces, user authorizations, and testing.
• Extensive experience working in a complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environment.
• Must have leadership capabilities and be able to effectively interact with both the Business Teams and IS/IT colleagues.
• Excellent communications skills (verbally and in writing) to deal with different levels in the organisation and to third parties clearly and effectively.
• English is the company’s language (oral & written). Spanish is a plus.
