What you will do

• Performance Reporting: Collect and analyze monthly data, preparing reports on departmental performance and spending trends.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate interdepartmental meetings, develop agendas, and ensure productive outcomes.
• Executive Presentations: Create and deliver presentations for the CPO and senior stakeholders, summarizing performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring continuous improvement projects, tracking progress and making adjustments.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise between procurement and other departments to foster alignment and share best practices.
• Data Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes using analytical tools.

What we are looking for

• More than 2 years of experience in purchasing and/or sales.
• University degree in engineering or a university degree related to business/management.
• Versatile and cross-functional to handle all kinds of matters required by the department.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector (idiosyncrasies and terminology).
• Experience with data (database management and digitalization).
• Fluency in English.
