What you will do

• Recruit Diverse Panel Members: Develop and implement strategies to recruit diverse panel members, ensuring the panel accurately represents the target demographics.
• Facilitate Deployment: Work with GREF Strategy & Risk Managers and Convenience Managers to facilitate the deployment of panel strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting regular reviews, and adjusting the suppliers’ panel based on evolving business needs.
• Prepare Reports: Prepare and present detailed reports on panel performance, data quality, and project outcomes to top management.
• Maintain Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project phases.

What we are looking for

• A proven track record in panel management, procurement, or supplier optimization.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in Effective communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and presentation skills for top management.
• Strong competencies in planning, executing, and delivering projects, with strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
