The IS Sales & Operations leader will be responsible for the design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of IS solutions that support business operations concerning Manufacturing Production Forecast.

What you will do

• Develop and implement IS strategy: Create and execute an innovative IS strategy for the production forecast function that aligns with HORSE's business objectives.

• Identify and implement new technologies: Introduce new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction.

• Data governance and analytics: Develop data governance, referentials, and exposure to enable the creation of dashboards and analytics activities.

• Stakeholder collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Project management: Lead and manage IS projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards, while providing status reports and managing risks.

• Compliance and standards: Ensure IS solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Operational excellence: Implement metrics and KPIs to measure IS solution performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Support digital transformation: Ensure consistency with the global Digital Strategy and support the company's digital transformation efforts.

What we are looking for

• Proven work experience as a project IS Leader.

• Strong experience and knowledge of ERP solution deployment, with SAP experience being a plus.

• Strong knowledge of forecasting production business processes.

• Experience at manufacturing.

• English is the working language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
