What you will do

• Support the business team in front of new customers for engineering aspects.
• Working for QCT (Quality, Cost, Time) quotation for new projects involving core competencies.
• Oversee new project development.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Engineering
• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of powertrain development, in project management, and 3 years in direct management.
• High leadership, autonomy, and synthesis level.
• Excellent communication skills and open-mindedness.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
