We are looking for a passionate and talented Purchasing & Sales Lawyer to join our dynamic team. What you will do

• Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they are clear, legally sound, and in the company’s best interests, while advising on contract formation, performance, and enforcement.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all purchasing and sales activities comply with relevant local, national, and international laws, and provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, including trade and import/export laws.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks in purchasing and sales operations, and advise on risk mitigation strategies and internal policy development.
• Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes with third parties, and represent the company in legal matters related to the purchase or sale of goods, including negotiations, arbitration, and litigation.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and supply chain teams to provide daily legal support, align JV documentation, and train staff on relevant legal topics.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract management systems and advise on renewals, amendments, and terminations.

What we are looking for

• Education: Law Degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years of legal experience in purchasing, sales, commercial contracts, or supply chain law, with a background in contract law. Experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or dispute resolution is a plus.
• Skills: Possess a strong understanding of commercial and contract law, with expertise in international trade regulations, procurement, and sales contracts. Demonstrate excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English.
