What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of data-centric digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets using standardized methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress using analytics and KPIs, proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as risk logs, requirement specifications, and support materials.
• Present project updates to stakeholders, supporting negotiations and alignment.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new initiatives to enhance digital products and services.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in managing digital projects and applying AI to solve complex problems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Engineering.
• Excellent skills in data analysis and digital tools such as ERP SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong competencies in leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with a pragmatic and inclusive approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain’s ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
