What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end management of data-centric digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while applying standardized methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress using analytics and KPIs, and proactively address risks or issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as risk logs, requirement specs, and support materials.
• Present project updates to clients and stakeholders, supporting negotiations and alignment.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new initiatives to enhance digital products and services.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or team management, engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools such as ERP SAP S/4HANA and financial/communication applications.
• Proven skills in data analysis and applying AI to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing direct and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
