What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic supplier risk management program that aligns with the organization’s objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments of suppliers, focusing on financial stability, operational capabilities, compliance, and geopolitical factors.
• Analyze supplier performance data and market trends to identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance communication and collaboration on risk-related issues.
• Drive supplier development programs to improve performance, mitigate risks, and enhance long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
• Manage and develop a team of supplier risk professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to build capabilities and improve overall team performance.

What we are looking for

• More than 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Analytical skills: understanding the consequences and performance of suppliers.
• Financial/strategic vision.
• Knowledge or background in French legislation.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in French.
